The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XFFJP-B3RS or 871XFFJPB3RS, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO engineered for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit exceptional installation flexibility, while the compact housing profile addresses tight clearance situations. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, reduces vibrational effects and improves clamp load. The wet spline pump flange option extends PTO and pump shaft service life. Chelsea's 871 Series also supports SmartStart and Quiet Gear options, making it one of the few PTOs to offer all three of Chelsea's premier drive solutions.
