The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off assembly, part number 871XFFJP-B5RS or 871XFFJPB5RS, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic-shift) PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios cover a wide range of application speeds, and thirteen output options include SAE B, SAE BB, and SAE C pump splines as well as companion flange and DIN flange outputs. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and the o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational stress. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are available within the 871 Series. The 871 Series replaces the Chelsea 870 Series PTO.
