The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XGFJP-B3AC or 871XGFJPB3AC, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic-shift) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine available speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give this unit broad application coverage across fire and rescue apparatus, truck cranes, pumper-cleaners, and refuse vehicles. A ductile iron bearing cap - rated 117% stronger than gray iron - and an O-ring sealing configuration between housing and bearing cap address the vibrational loads imposed by modern engine designs.
