The Chelsea 871XGFJP-B3XV or 871XGFJPB3XV is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Nine available speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give installers wide flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper-cleaner, and truck crane applications. A ductile iron bearing cap delivers 117% greater strength than gray iron, while an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects and improves clamp load. The 871 Series also supports optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations, making it the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three.
