The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XGQTP-D3AC or 871XGQTPD3AC, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty, and offers nine speed ratios covering a wide range of low and high speeds. Thirteen output options include SAE B, SAE BB, SAE C, and DIN pump spline configurations, along with companion flange outputs. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects and improves clamp load. Optional Wet Spline lubrication, SmartStart shock-load reduction, Quiet Gear input, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) round out the 871 Series feature set.
