The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off assembly, part number 871XGQTP-D5AC or 871XGQTPD5AC, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series replaces the earlier 870 Series and delivers continuous-duty torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) without derating for continuous operation. A ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing the vibrational effects of modern engine designs. The compact housing lowers overall height to reduce clearance conflicts during installation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit wide application flexibility across fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper/cleaner, and refuse equipment.
