The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XJFJP-D5XV or 871XJFJPD5XV, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison-mounted applications. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give installers broad flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane platforms. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, addresses the vibrational stresses common in modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart shock-load reduction, Quiet Gear input, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) round out this series.
