The Chelsea 878XDFJP-M3RS or 878XDFJPM3RS is a constant mesh Power Take-Off from the 878 Series, engineered to mount on Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing the vibrational effects common with modern engine designs. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed applications. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce clearance and interference issues, and the driveline output features a positive stop design that eliminates oil seal damage from coupling.
