The Chelsea 878 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 878XKFJP-M5XV or 878XKFJPM5XV, is a constant mesh PTO engineered for Allison 10-bolt transmissions. The 878 Series delivers up to 670 lb-ft of continuous torque, the highest torque capability in its package class. A ductile iron bearing cap provides 117% greater strength than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibration damage. Rotatable cast-iron flanges cut interference issues, and the Wet Spline Lubrication option extends shaft life by 7 to 10 times. Nine speed ratios cover both low and high speed needs.
