The Chelsea 880XBAHP-M5XS or 880XBAHPM5XS is an 8-bolt, heavy-duty power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 880 Series, designed for high-torque, high and low speed applications. Lever mechanical shift is standard. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 Series companion flange, delivering up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque and shaft power ratings of 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible with Volvo/Mack, Allison, and Eaton/Fuller transmissions, among others. The removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment. Cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings support heavy loads across high-torque duty cycles. Continuous operation is supported with a 30% de-rating. The 880 Series is also available for the Eaton Endurant transmission.
