The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off, part number 880XBAHX-Y3GS or 880XBAHXY3GS, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO built for heavy-duty, high-torque applications on manual transmissions from Volvo/Mack, Allison, Eaton/Fuller, and others. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 series companion flange, rated for up to 500 lb-ft of intermittent torque. Shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. Tapered cone bearings handle demanding load cycles, and the removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment during installation. The dual-pump output configuration allows a hydraulic pump to be mounted on each end of the unit, a practical advantage on fire trucks, bulk haulers, oil field equipment, aerial platforms, and large recovery trucks.
