The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off, part number 880XGAHX-A3XV or 880XGAHXA3XV, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO rated for up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) intermittent torque. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10 spline configuration paired with a 1410 series companion flange, capable of delivering 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Volvo/Mack, Allison, and Eaton/Fuller among others. The cast iron housing and removable shift cover simplify backlash adjustment during installation. Dual-pump output allows mounting a hydraulic pump on each end of the unit, making this PTO well suited for fire trucks, oil field equipment, bulk haulers, aerial units, and large recovery trucks.
