Chelsea 880 Series PTO Assembly 880XGITX-A5XK or 880XGITXA5XK is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift power take-off built for heavy-duty applications including fire trucks, bulk haulers, oil field equipment, winch systems, and large truck recovery. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange, rated for intermittent torque up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm). Shaft power is rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing carries tapered cone bearings for load capacity, and the removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment during installation. A dual-pump output configuration allows mounting a hydraulic pump on each end of the unit. Compatible with a range of transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Allison.
