The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880XMITX-Y5XV or 880XMITXY5XV, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO designed for heavy-duty applications including bulk haulers, fire trucks, oil field equipment, large recovery trucks, and aerial units. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange, rated for 401-500 lb-ft intermittent torque (check application pages for actual torque ratings). Shaft power is 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. Compatible with Volvo/Mack, Allison, and Eaton/Fuller transmissions, among others. The cast iron housing features a removable shift cover for straightforward backlash adjustment, and the dual-pump output design allows a pump to be mounted on each end of the unit.
