The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880ZQAHX-A3XV or 880ZQAHXA3XV, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO built for high-torque, heavy-duty service. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline paired with a 1410 companion flange, rated for intermittent torque up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm). Shaft power delivery is rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing mounts to Eaton/Fuller, Allison, and Volvo/Mack manual transmissions with an 8-bolt aperture. The removable shift cover allows straightforward backlash adjustment in the field. The dual-pump output design accepts a hydraulic pump on each end of the PTO.
