The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 890HBFJW-B5XY or 890HBFJWB5XY, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump output to the rear of the transmission, giving the unit an extended one-piece main shaft that eliminates the input splines between the PTO and the output extension. The SAE C output uses wet-spline technology to extend pump shaft life under continuous load. The clutch is located at the rear of the housing, letting the gear section tuck tightly against the transmission for improved frame-rail clearance. Continuous torque rating reaches 670 lb-ft; intermittent torque is rated at 501+ lb-ft. Shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
