The Chelsea 890HEFJW-B5XK or 890HEFJWB5XK is a hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off designed specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It uses a 10-bolt mounting configuration and features an SAE C (XS) output shaft with Wet Spline Technology to reduce wear on mating pump splines in demanding duty cycles. The 890 Series moves the PTO/pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, giving better clearance between the pump and frame rail. A one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found on traditional PTO-plus-extension setups, and the clutch sits at the rear of the housing to allow the gear section to tuck tightly to the transmission. Continuous torque rating for the 890 Series reaches up to 670 ft-lb, with intermittent torque rated at 501+ ft-lb. Shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
