The Chelsea 892 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 892HDFJW-B5XK or 892HDFJWB5XK, is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. Its 10-bolt mounting and SAE C outlet flange position the pump output to the rear of the transmission, moving the PTO/pump mounting flange rearward to open clearance between the pump and the frame rail. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and output extension, and the clutch is located at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks tightly against the transmission. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 ft-lb; intermittent torque is rated above 501 ft-lb. The SAE C (XS) output uses Wet Spline technology to extend PTO and pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles.
