The Muncie A30 Series 10-bolt constant drive power take-off, part number A30-A1007-MX3IIPW or A30A1007MX3IIPW, is a genuine Muncie unit designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series automatic transmissions. The A30 Series features tapered roller bearings for extended PTO service life, an increased-diameter output shaft for added durability, and a rotatable pump flange that simplifies installation in tight engine compartments. Increased clearance over previous designs makes mounting easier, while extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and reduced leak paths reflect deliberate engineering refinements. The gear set is optimized for noise reduction, and the single intermittent/continuous torque rating simplifies application selection.
