The Muncie 06TA5520 is an SAE "BB" output, 1.0-inch 15-tooth spline, 23.7-inch extension shaft three-piece assembly designed for the Muncie EX Drive system. The EX Drive mounts directly to Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions equipped with a retarder or cooler, allowing large gear or piston pumps to be direct-mounted without a driveline installation. The three-piece shaft construction is engineered to simplify assembly and reduce lead time. A wet spline design is incorporated to extend spline service life.
