The Muncie 828B-U6809-Q3CX or 828BU6809Q3CX is a heavy-duty 82 Series power take-off built for demanding hydraulic and mechanical drive applications. It uses a double-acting air shift for positive engagement and disengagement, and the cast iron housing is paired with rotatable direct mount pump flanges so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. The 82 Series supports eight speed ratio options and nine output shaft configurations. Peak intermittent output reaches 95 H.P. and 500 lb.ft. of torque at 1,000 RPM at the closest ratio, making it capable of driving high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. Seven direct mount pump options are available, covering S.A.E. "B," "BB," "C," and "D" flanges, plus DIN 5462 mounts.
