The Muncie 8405A-09-A3KX or 8405A09A3KX is a speed-ratio-09 power take-off from the 8405/6A Series, built around a ductile iron housing and an integral 8-bolt mounting pad for a rigid, vibration-resistant installation. Engagement is handled by an integral air shift. The pump side accepts an SAE "B" or SAE "B-B" mounting flange in 2- or 4-bolt configurations, with an optional 1-1/4" output shaft. At speed ratio 09, intermittent output is rated at 39 HP at 1,000 RPM, with an intermittent torque rating of 205 ft. lb. and continuous torque of 144 ft. lb.
