The Muncie CS40-A1012-J32X or CS40A1012J32X is a heavy-duty clutch shift Power Take-Off from Muncie's CS40/41 Series, designed to deliver maximum power from Allison 3000 and 4000 series and Caterpillar CX transmissions. This 10-bolt unit features precision ground gears for high torque capacity and quiet operation, extra-large bearings for durability, and standard pressure lubrication included at no extra cost. The 1410 series remote mount output shaft supports remote pump drives, while S.A.E. "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount options accommodate most high-power-input pumps. Rotatable direct mount flanges allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. Two assembly arrangements let you mount the PTO shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission.
