The Muncie CS40-A10XX-J32X or CS40A10XXJ32X is a 10-bolt heavy-duty clutch shift power take-off from Muncie's CS40/41 Series, designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions and Caterpillar CX transmissions. It accepts both SAE "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount pumps, and the rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Two assembly arrangements allow mounting the PTO shaft high or low on either side of the transmission. The 1410 series remote mount output shaft supports remote pump drive configurations. Standard pressure lubrication is included, and the unit is rated to a maximum output speed of 4,000 RPM on fire pump applications.
