The Muncie CS6S-F6609-P1BX is a CS6/CS8 Series power take-off unit, also referenced as CS6SF6609P1BX. The CS6/CS8 Series is engineered to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, via six transmission input gear configurations. The unit supports SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges, and the rotatable direct mount flange lets you position the pump for maximum clearance in the chassis. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position, reducing wear on connected components.
