The Muncie CS8B-U6004-H1BX or CS8BU6004H1BX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. The CS8 Series accepts six transmission input gears, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and those flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft styles are offered in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents unwanted shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
