The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6005-E1KX or CS8BU6005E1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for compatibility with Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions and many manual transmissions. It supports SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump configurations, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - add flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
