The Muncie CS8B-U6807-A1IX or CS8BU6807A1IX is a CS8 Series power take-off unit configured with an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. It fits a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions through 19 available transmission input gears, including common Allison 1000 and 2000 series applications. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards; all flanges are rotatable so you can position the pump for clearance in tight installations. A patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed. Call us to confirm proper fit for your specific transmission and pump combination.
