The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6807-P3PX or CS8BU6807P3PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462, and all flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance around tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange configurations, adding flexibility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
