The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6807-A1KD or CS8BU6807A1KD, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are rotatable to maximize pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
