The Muncie CS8B-U6807-E3SX or CS8BU6807E3SX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It covers a wide transmission spread, fitting most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to provide maximum clearance for pump positioning. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports shaft speed monitoring through a System Protection Device.
