The Muncie CS8B-U6807-A3ZX or CS8BU6807A3ZX is a CS8 Series power take-off (PTO) with an 8-bolt clutch shift mechanism. It accepts 19 transmission input gear configurations, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to maximize clearance for the pump installation. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive applications. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
