The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6807-P1IX or CS8BU6807P1IX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for direct mount pump applications and remote pump drives. It covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance and accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump pads. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
