The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8B-U6809-E1SX or CS8BU6809E1SX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for direct-mount and remote-pump applications. It accommodates SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct-mount pump flanges, and the flanges are rotatable so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote-mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types. A patented Muncie drag brake keeps the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed. Fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series.
