The Muncie CS8B-U6812-E3SX (also referenced as CS8BU6812E3SX) is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It covers a wide range of transmission applications, fitting most popular automatic and manual transmissions. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges plus DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for flexible remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation in the OFF position, and an optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
