The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6814-E1BX or CS8BU6814E1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for direct and remote pump applications. It covers 19 transmission input gears to suit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types. Direct mount pump flanges accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and the flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
