The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6807-E3BX or CS8DS6807E3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for both automatic and manual transmission applications, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance, and the unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
