The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off CS8D-S6809-A1KD or CS8DS6809A1KD is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns and are fully rotatable to allow maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
