The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6809-P1SX or CS8DS6809P1SX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a broad range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft configurations in keyed and flange types give you flexibility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation whenever the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available for System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
