The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6812-A1KX or CS8DS6812A1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from Muncie's CS6/CS8 family. It fits most popular automatic transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series, as well as a wide range of manual transmissions. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges plus DIN 5462, and the flanges are rotatable to allow maximum clearance during installation. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the "OFF" position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
