The Muncie CS8D-S6812-A3KX or CS8DS6812A3KX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed to fit Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions and a wide range of manual transmissions. It accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pumps, and its rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options - in keyed and flange types - cover most remote pump drive configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator is available for System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
