The Muncie CS8D-S6812-E1CX or CS8DS6812E1CX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It accepts 19 transmission input gears, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges plus DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
