The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6814-A1BX or CS8DS6814A1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, and the rotatable flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight engine compartments. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive applications. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
