The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-M6507-A1KX or CS8SM6507A1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for broad transmission compatibility across popular automatic and manual units, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges meet SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and each flange is rotatable for maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator is available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed.
