The Muncie CS8S-M6507-E3KX or CS8SM6507E3KX is a CS8 Series 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off built for automatic and manual transmission applications, including Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions. It accommodates SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges - all rotatable to maximize pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatile remote pump drive configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator enables a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
