The Muncie CS8S-M6507-P1BX or CS8SM6507P1BX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the Muncie CS8 Series. It covers a wide range of transmission applications, including Allison 1000/2000 series automatics and many manual transmissions. Direct mount pump flanges accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump pads, and the flanges rotate to maximize clearance during installation. Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - give additional flexibility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake keeps the output shaft from spinning when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available for System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
