The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6004-P1BX or CS8SU6004P1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, and the rotatable direct mount flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for added installation flexibility. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. Speed ratio ratings vary by configuration; intermittent torque reaches 300 lb.-ft. (407 Nm) and continuous torque 210 lb.-ft. (285 Nm) at the stronger speed ratio positions. Call us to confirm proper fit for your transmission and pump combination.
