The Muncie CS8S-M6509-E3PX or CS8SM6509E3PX is an 8-bolt clutch shift Power Take-Off from Muncie's CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatility across remote pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
