The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-M6509-P3DX or CS8SM6509P3DX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges for maximum clearance positioning. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
