The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-M6512-P3PX or CS8SM6512P3PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance and accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange types for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged, and an optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
